Claro US Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 24–48 hours (order confirmation, quality check, packing).

  • Orders placed after 12 pm PT begin processing the next business day.

  • Once packed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a track‑and‑trace number.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Note: Customs inspections, extreme weather, or carrier strikes can cause additional delays that are outside our control. If your parcel is 2 weeks past the latest estimate, email support@go‑claro.com so we can open a carrier investigation.


3. Shipping Costs & Insurance

Insurance terms

  • Covers loss, theft, or in‑transit damage up to the order value.

  • Non‑refundable once purchased/included.

  • Claims window: 7 days after delivery for damage, 14 days after latest ETA for loss.

  • Provide photos or evidence as requested by customer care.


4. Eco‑Friendly Packaging

  • Orders leave our warehouse in biodegradable, sturdy boxes designed for protection and minimal waste.

  • We try to offset 100 % of delivery CO₂ emissions in partnership with accredited climate‑action projects.

  • Primary carrier: DHL eCommerce (handoff to local USPS/Canada Post/etc. on final mile).


5. Damaged Parcel Protocol

  1. Record a video unboxing the parcel, showing packaging and product condition.

  2. Email the video plus a brief description to support@go‑claro.com within 1–3 days of delivery.

  3. Our team will review and offer a replacement or other solution within 48 hours.


6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because we begin processing immediately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please verify your shipping address and items before checkout.


7. Where’s My Order?

  • Track your shipment via the link in your confirmation email.

  • Haven’t seen an update for 7 days? Contact us with your order number and tracking ID.

  • If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund per the insurance terms.
